Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 32-year-old woman with significant macromastia and breast ptosis (droop). She had lost weight and developed even more severe breast droop.
A breast reduction removed over three pounds of tissue from each breast. A major local tissue rearrangement reshaped her breasts and lifted them up higher on her chest wall. Liposuction removed excess nearly two liters of unwanted fat from her bra rolls and armpit regions. An intraoperative photo shows the transformation after the first breast is reduced and lifted.
Follow up photos are shown nearly 2 years after surgery. She has a new lease on life and is finally able to exercise without difficulty!
