Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift together with liposuction of the axillary rolls (armpits, bra roll) in a 25 year old woman. Her breast size, volume and weight was more than her shoulder, neck and upper back could handle.
A breast reduction removed over 4 pounds of breast tissue per side and suctioned out a liter and a half of fat! Postoperatively, she was actually able to buy normal bras and wear shirts without them gaping between the buttons. Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery.
