Before and after breast reduction in a 16 year old young woman. She had completed her breast development several years previously, and had the blessing of her Pediatrician in considering breast reduction surgery.
Over a kilogram of breast tissue (nearly two and a half pounds) of breast tissue was removed from each breast. A small amount of fat was liposuctioned from her bra roll and armpits.
Follow up photos are shown two months after surgery.
