Before and after breast reduction and liposuction of the bra roll and armpit fat (axillary rolls) in a 25 year old student. She had back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain and chronic rashes underneath the breasts and was unable to exercise without difficulty.
A breast reduction removed nearly 3 pounds per breast and liposuction removed over a liter and a quarter of fat (5 cups of fat!) from her bra roll. Following surgery, she waited 6 weeks before starting to exercise and surprisingly, she found running easy afterwards!
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. She is actively doing scar therapy and has found shopping for shirts and dresses easy and fun now. She is relieved to know that breast feeding is possible and likely after a reduction mammoplasty.
