Before and after breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 34-year-old woman. She wanted her breasts to be smaller and lifted. She also had significant axillary breast tissue, best treated with ultrasound-assisted liposuction.
Nearly a full pound of breast tissue was removed from each side. Ultrasonic liposuction removed nearly a liter of fat from her bra rolls and armpit region, including her ectopic breast tissue.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. Her favorite part of the surgical results is the ability to wear tank tops and strapless dresses without being self-conscious about her “armpit boobs”!
