Before and after bilateral breast reduction in a 25 year old woman. She felt her breasts were out of proportion to the rest of her body, and she had difficulty finding dresses where the top fit the same as the bottom.
A breast reduction removed much of her bottom breast tissue but kept enough fullness up to so that she remained proportional to the rest of her body. Liposuction removed pesky fat in her armpit area and bra roll.
Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery, with nearly mature scars and an aesthetically pleasing outcome.
