Before and after bilateral breast reduction in a 56 year old woman. She had chronic back pain, shoulder grooving and neck strain from her heavy, pendulous breasts.
A breast reduction removed excess bottom-heavy breast tissue but left a normal and natural amount of tissue behind to keep her breasts proportional to her frame. Liposuction removed fat from her armpit regions and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 5 months after surgery. She is happy with her new breasts and is applying scar gel twice daily to help her scars mature and fade more rapidly.
