Before and after bilateral breast reduction in a 26 year old woman. Her large, heavy, pendulous breasts prevented her from exercising effectively and were a strain on her neck and upper back. She never wore dresses as the top fit never matched how the bottom fit her body.
A breast reduction removed excess heavy breast tissue and reshaped her breasts to become significantly smaller and lifted, but to still look natural. Liposuction debulked her bra roll, upper back fat and her armpit region (axillary rolls).
Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery. Her scars are nearly mature and she has finally been able to exercise, resulting in a natural and gradual 20 pound weight loss. She wore a dress for the first time three months after surgery and now has a wardrobe full of flattering professional dresses!
