Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 57 year old woman. As part of her Mommy Makeover, which included an upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) and liposuction, she wanted her breasts to be smaller and majorly lifted!
A breast reduction removed some of her bottom-heavy breast tissue but left behind a proportional amount of tissue. The remaining breast was reshaped and lifted to create a perkier and breast size that matched her body curves.
Follow up photos are shown 4 months after surgery. Her incisions are pink, as expected. Her scars will fade over the next year.
