Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 61 year old woman. She had Grade III ptosis (nipples at the lowest part of the breast, pointing to the floor) and heavy, pendulous breast tissue that was causing pain at her physically demanding job.
A breast reduction removed much of her heavy breast tissue and reshaped her breasts to a perkier and more aesthetic outcome. Liposuction removed excess fat in her armpit area and the bra roll region. Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery.
