Before and after bilateral breast reduction in a 31 year old woman. She was not married and had not yet had children, but she felt the time was right to finally get control of her “massive chest” and do something for herself! She also had “Grade III ptosis” (drooping of the breasts) where the nipples were pointing to the floor.
A breast reduction removed much of her heavy bottom-hanging breast tissue but kept good fullness and volume in the upper pole of her breasts. A breast reduction always includes a major lift and tissue rearrangement to a fuller, perkier, more youthful breast shape.
Liposuction of her armpit fat (the axillary rolls and upper back fat/bra roll) also cleaned this area up and removed excess unwanted fat.
Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery. Her scars are mature and she “feels like a new woman!”
