Before and after breast reduction in a 23 year old woman. She had heavy, hanging breasts that were out of proportion to the rest of her body and were causing pain of her shoulders, neck and upper back.
A breast reduction removed much of the bottom part of her breasts but kept a proportionate amount of breast tissue. Her remaining breast tissue was reshaped and lifted upward into a more youthful breast shape. Liposuction removed stubborn fat from her armpit regions.
Follow up photos are shown a year after surgery. Her scars are nearly mature and she has almost full sensation back. Her sensory nerves will continue to recover over the next 6-12 months. She feels proportional and like she has a new start to her early 20’s!
