Before and after bilateral reduction mammoplasty in a 61 year old woman. She was an obvious candidate for a breast reduction.
Liposuction is usually added to breast reduction surgery to remove unwanted fat in the bra roll/back fat area and the armpits, also known as the “tail of the breast”.
Early follow up photos are shown just one month after surgery. Over 5 pounds of breast tissue was removed and another 3 pounds of fat from the sides of her breasts using liposuction.
She will be ready to start scar therapy in another month. The transformation is obvious!
