Before and after bilateral breast reduction in a 35 year old woman. She had heaviness of her breasts which were extremely dense, causing strain on her neck, shoulders and upper back.
A breast reduction removed excess breast tissue and rearranged her remaining breasts to a perkier shape that remained proportional to her frame. Liposuction removed excess fat in her axillary roll region, which includes the sides of the breasts.
Follow up photos are shown at four months after surgery. Her discomfort was alleviated as soon as she woke up, and her bra size has deceased by four inches! She feels happy knowing she does not need to wear a bra unless she really wants to!
