Before and after breast reduction in a 53 year old woman. She had been waiting for this breast reduction for over 20 years; it was finally the right time for her!
A breast reduction removed excess heavy breast tissue and fat from the bottoms and sides of her breasts. Her goal was to be significantly smaller and very perky. Her remaining breast tissue was rearranged, and liposuction completed the procedure to de-fat the sides of her breasts and upper back.
Follow up photos are shown just 8 weeks after surgery. Her breast skin is still mildly swollen, and her incisions are pink with increased blood flow from healing. She has just started scar therapy and is back at the gym, with a whole new body image and ability to bounce around without pain! She looks like a completely different person!
