Before and after breast reduction in a 66 year old woman. She had heavy, pendulous breasts that she was finally ready to do something about, nearing her retirement. She wanted them “as small as possible” and to “never have to wear a bra again”.
In Plastic Surgery, my patients’ goals become MY goals, and we can do just about anything! Like many other breast surgery procedures, a breast reduction is “designer surgery”. She found “wish pictures” that helped us to understand the look, shape and result she was going for.
Follow up photos are shown at 4 years after surgery. She has moved out of state and comes back to visit friends in the Bay Area – and to visit with her Plastic Surgery team! Her shape and size and endured, and she loves never wearing a bra!
