Before and after breast reduction in a 43 year old woman with all the expected symptoms of macromastia. She wanted to alleviate her chronic neck, back and shoulder pain and to finally be able to exercise without wearing three sports bras and having increased pain in her breasts.
A breast reduction removed excess breast tissue and reshaped her breasts to a more perky and youthful positon. Liposuction of the sides of her breasts (back fat/bra roll) and the axillary roll region de-fatted this stubborn region to compliment her breast surgery.
Follow up photos are shown at 6 months after reduction mammaplasty surgery. Her incisions are pink from increased blood flow to these areas during healing. Her scars will continue to fade over the next six months to another year.
