Before and after breast reduction in a 53 year old woman. She had been thinking about having this procedure for over 20 years, and it was finally time! Her goal was to get rid of her chronic back pain and strain on her shoulders from her heavy and drooping breasts, but to stay “true to herself” and not be too small or too perky that would not match her age or the rest of her body.
A breast reduction removed heavy breast tissue from the bottom and the sides of her breasts. Her nipples and areolas were lifted, and her breast tissue reshaped to a more aesthetic look. Follow up images are shown a year and a half after surgery.
