Before and after bilateral breast reduction with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 23 year old woman. Her breasts were asymmetric and pendulous with enlarged areolas; they did not correspond with her youth and active lifestyle.
A breast reduction removed some breast tissue from the lower pole of her breast and rearranged the rest of her breast using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction debulked fat from her bra roll and armpits.
Follow up photos are shown 5 months after surgery. She is actively doing scar therapy and loves her new breasts!
