Before and after breast augmentation and a redo breast lift in a 35 year old woman. When she was a teenager, she had a breast reduction which provided great relief of neck, back and shoulder pain. Now that she was older without any macromastia symptoms, she did some soul searching and realized she wanted more upper pole fullness to her breasts. She wasn’t particularly going for a natural look – she didn’t mind her breasts looking like she was wearing a pushup bra at all times. Her goals are our goals, and that’s the plan we made together!
Smooth round high profile silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. They were specifically placed higher up in the breast pocket so that she would have the upper pole fullness she desired. Her breast reduction lower scars were redone to help tuck the bottom of the breasts around her more round breast shape, and liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown two years after surgery. She has maintained good upper pole fullness and she is happy! That is the goal for each and every one of our patients.
