Before and after breast lift as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 41 year old mother of three. She had significant preoperative breast asymmetry and droop – she did not want implants, just better symmetry and an improved shape.
A mastopexy reshaped her breasts but kept her proportional to the rest of her body. A small amount of breast tissue was removed from the larger breast to equalize her breast volume. Her nipples were lifted up higher on the breasts and her areolas were made slightly smaller and rounder.
Liposuction permanently removed excess fat from her axillary rolls (armpit region), her bra roll and upper back. Follow up photos are shown two years after surgery.
