Before and after small breast reduction and major breast lift in a 62 year old woman. She had changed her lifestyle and lost nearly 40 pounds, and with that, her breast fullness and formerly full and round breast shape. Her breasts drooped as if she was postpartum, although she had never had children.
A breast lift reshaped her breasts to a perkier and more aesthetic shape. A small amount of breast tissue was removed from the bottom of her breasts so that she was less bottom-heavy and slightly smaller overall. Liposuction removed excess fat from her upper armpit region, known as the axillary rolls.
Long term follow up photos are shown over 4 years after surgery, with mature scars and a very pleasing result. She feels amazing for a 66 year old and loves not really needing to wear a bra! She has kept up her new healthy lifestyle and is enjoying retirement.
