She had preoperative breast asymmetry, with the right breast being slightly larger and longer than the left.
A breast reduction removed some heavy tissue and reshaped her breasts to a perkier shape.
Long term follow up photos are shown two years after surgery, with mature scars and her final results. Like so many women, she expresses “Why did I wait so long for this surgery?”
