Before and after breast reduction and lift in a 33 year old mother. As part of her Mommy Makeover, a breast reduction and lift was planned to complement her tummy tuck and liposuction. She had preoperative breast asymmetry, enlarged areolas and droopy breasts.
Some heavy breast tissue was removed from the bottom of her breasts. The remaining breast tissue was reshaped into a perkier and more youthful form. Liposuction of her bra roll and the armpit region permanently removed stubborn fat and improved the aesthetics of her results.
Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery. Her areolas are smaller and more proportional to her newly lifted breasts. She loves not needing to wear a bra, or to just wear a minimally supportive bralette.
