Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 29 year old woman. She wanted to remain proportional to her frame and to look more youthful and like an active young woman who had not yet had children.
Excess lower breast tissue was removed, and her remaining breast tissue was reshaped to a higher positon on her chest and a more perky shape. Liposuction permanently removed fat from her armpit, underarm and bra roll areas.
Early follow up photos are shown just one month after surgery. Firm swelling at the sides of her breasts is still present and mild puckering of her incisions is still flattening out. She is starting to increase her physical activity and she will begin scar therapy soon.
