Before and after bilateral mastopexy in a 31 year old woman with significant breast asymmetry. She wanted lifted breasts that looked more like her younger age (without having children yet), and with better symmetry.
A breast lift removed some extra heavy tissue from the bottom of her breasts, lifted and reshaped her remaining breast tissue, lifted her nipples and areolas up to a higher position, and reduced her areola dimeter.
Liposuction of the axillary rolls and sides of the breasts complimented the procedure. Early follow up photos are shown at 5 weeks after surgery. her incisions are pink from increased blood flow during healing. They will fade over the next several months as she begins scar therapy.
