Before and after bilateral mastopexy and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 58-year-old woman. She was not looking to have larger breasts, but to be lifted and reshaped. An auto-augmentation breast lift removed some excess lower pole breast skin and rearranged the internal architecture of her breasts into a more round and perky shape.
Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls. Early follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She is applying scar gel and patiently awaiting her body to naturally turn over the pink, thick, raised immature collagen with more pale, supple and flatter mature collagen.
