Before and after bilateral mastopexy with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 34-year-old woman. At the same time as a labiaplasty, she was looking to lift her breasts and have a more round and youthful breast shape.
An auto-augmentation mastopexy did just that – removed excess skin and rearranged her breast tissue into a rounder, higher and firmer breast contour. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. Her scars are mature, and she has her final, natural looking breast lift results. She appreciates not needing to wear a bra, and that she looks and feels a lot younger now, thanks to her mastopexy!
