Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 23-year-old woman with severe breast droop. She wanted to be able to wear cute tops and not need a heavy bra at all times, even during sleep.
A breast reduction removed a small amount of breast tissue from the bottom of her breasts. The auto-augmentation mastopexy technique lifted her breasts up higher on her chest and reshaped them to be rounder. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery. She is having so much fun shopping for dresses and tanks and loves her breasts now!
