Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 27-year-old woman with breast drooping after weight loss. She wanted to be able to wear just a light bra or have the option of going braless on occasion.
A small amount of breast tissue was removed to make her breasts a little smaller. Her breasts were rearranged to be more perky, but still natural looking.
Follow up photos are shown 8 months after surgery.
