Before and after bilateral tubular breast correction using the auto-augmentation mastopexy technique with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 34-year-old woman.
She initially had considered a breast augmentation as well thinking it would improve her breast shape, but she did not want to be bigger. She was delighted to learn about the local tissue rearrangement technique of breast lift that would reshape her breasts but not increase or decrease her overall breast size.
Together with a mastopexy, she underwent liposuction of the body at the same procedure. Follow up photos are shown 6 years after surgery, with mature scars and a stable breast shape.
