Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 37-year-old mother of three. She wanted her breasts to be smaller and lifted; she was planning an abdominoplasty and liposuction as her Mommy Makeover at the same time.
Her breasts were reduced in size and lifted, while liposuction removed excess fat from her bra rolls and armpits. Long-term follow up photos are shown two and a half years after surgery. She has gained some weight but maintained her lifted and reshaped breasts.
