Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 50-year-old woman. Although she had not had children, her nipples pointed to the floor and her breasts were shaped somewhat tubular and had prominent droop.
She wanted her breasts to be reshaped, with a lift of her nipples and a rounder look, but to still look natural and proportional to the rest of her body. A breast reduction (which always includes a major lift) achieved just that!
Follow-up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. Her scars are mature, and she loves not needing to wear a bra – unless she wants to.
