Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 20-year-old woman. Her breasts had significant droop that made her feel like her breasts were much older than the rest of her. She was just starting her life and had not yet been a Mom!
A minor breast reduction and major breast lift reduced her breast size and lifted her breasts to become more perky and in line with what she was going for. She and her mother were very relieved to learn that future breastfeeding should still be possible and that her nipple sensation would likely fully return.
After surgery, she took a full month off her college studies and six weeks off exercise. She was elated to not need to wear a bra, unless she wanted to! Follow up photos are shown 7 months after surgery.
