Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 26-year-old woman. She was born with significant asymmetry of her breasts. She found them too big and too heavy, limiting her ability to play sports and run without wearing multiple industrial-strength sports bras.
A breast reduction removed a small amount of breast tissue from her right smaller breast, and several hundred grams more from the left larger breast. A major local tissue rearrangement using the auto-augmentation technique relocated her breast tissue higher up on her chest wall and created a more perky breast shape.
Liposuction of the armpit fat and bra rolls (axillary rolls) completed her procedure. Long-term follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery with mature scars, permanent removal of her bulging armpit fat and her final results.
