Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 37 year old woman with deflated and mildly tubular breasts. Note the markings from her bra on her chest – her small tubular shaped breasts do not fill out the bottom half of her bra.
After having children, her breast volume had deflated and she felt out of proportion to her body, always wearing a padded bra. As part of her Mommy Makeover, smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Liposuction was performed in several areas including her armpit fat (axillary rolls), abdomen, flanks, pubic region and inner and outer thighs.
Long term follow up photos are shown a year after surgery. She looks natural, and she no longer wears padding in her bras. Her tubular shape has been corrected and she feels like herself!
