Before and after breast augmentation in a 25 year old woman. She liked her breast shape; she just wished they had more fullness but still looked natural.
Her breast augmentation involved making an incision in the fold under the breast, inserting a sizer to determine which implant size best suited her and gave her the results she was going for, and replacement of the sizer with a smooth round silicone gel breast implant.
She also had liposuction of her axillary rolls, abdomen and thighs together with this procedure. Follow up photos are shown two years after surgery. She got her wish!
