Before and after breast augmentation in a 40-year-old woman. She had decided she was not going to have children - but that she was going to get married in another year. As her "bride makeover", she wanted to have fuller breasts!
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were inserted through an incision hidden in the breast fold, and were placed in the subglandular plane, on top of the pectoralis major muscle.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. She recently had her wedding and was thrilled to have natural looking breasts and fullness in her wedding dress - without needing to pad or even wear a bra!
