Before and after breast augmentation in a 43 year old mother with breast deflation, droop and asymmetry of her nipple heights.
She replaced her missing volume with smooth round silicone gel implants placed subglandularly. A lift of the nipples was created by a “concentric mastopexy”, also known as “donut mastopexy” or circumareolar lift.
Follow up images are shown at 2 months after surgery. She has a natural and proportionate result, a subtle breast lift and improved symmetry of her nipple positions.
