Before and after breast augmentation and lift in a 43 year old woman following significant weight loss. She demonstrates the most extreme degree of nipple droop, known as “Grade III ptosis”.
She had full fat rolls on the sides of her breasts that spilled out of the sides of her bras and contributed to residual stigmata of past morbid obesity, despite her achieving a more healthy weight through a lot of discipline and hard work!
Augmentation of her missing breast volume with smooth round silicone gel implants replaced shape and fullness lost with weight loss. A mastopexy lifted her nipples to a much more youthful position, and liposuction emptied out the back fat/bra roll region to compliment the procedure on her breasts.
Follow up images are shown at 3 months postoperatively. Her incisions are maturing and she feels much more like her more fit, active and healthy self. She no longer needs to wear a shaping garment and padded bra to achieve the look she has now!
