Before and after breast augmentation in a 36 year old mother who had lost her pre-pregnancy breast fullness after breast feeding her two children. She wished to regain her prior breast volume and shape.
Smooth round silicone gel implants were placed subglandularly. Follow up photos are shown at 6 weeks after surgery with a natural but full result. Her breast size will remain consistent over time but mild swelling of her breast skin will decrease (note the markings from her bra).
She has learned breast implants massage, begun scar therapy and “is thrilled to have the girls back!”.
