Before and after breast augmentation in a 23 year old woman. Smooth round silicone gel implants were placed on top of the pectoralis muscle in the subglandular plane.
Follow up images are shown at 6 weeks postoperatively. She has a natural and proportional result, similar to the look she was creating preoperatively with padded bras. She feels balanced with the rest of her body. Her incisions are naturally darker due to her skin tone and will fade over the next 6-12 months.
