Before and after breast augmentation in a 24 year old woman. She wished to have her natural breast volume augmented to be more voluptuous. Smooth round silicone gel implants were placed in the subglandular position.
Follow up images are shown at 2 months postoperatively. She resumed all her normal activities including exercise within 3 weeks after surgery and she achieved her aesthetic goals.
