Before and after breast augmentation in a 30 year old mother of two. She had loss of breast volume after breast feeding and wanted to be able to fill out her old bras again.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. She took one week off work, and resumed exercise without restrictions at three weeks postoperatively.
Follow up photos are shown at 3 months after surgery. She feels natural, and like she has her old breasts back, although she likes these “new and improved boobs” better!
