Before and after breast augmentation in 30 year old woman. She had some breast tissue to start with, but felt somewhat flat and out of proportion with the rest of her body. She also had nipple asymmetry that is most evident when she raises her arms above her head.
Smooth, round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the pectoralis major muscle, in the subglandular position. Her right nipple was raised slightly by a half-moon incision at the top of her areola.
Follow up photos are seen three weeks after surgery. Her nipples have better symmetry in their height and the top of her breast is subtly fuller. She is ready to start exercising and feels much more confident with her body and her proportions. No one has noticed she had surgery except for her, which is just the way she wanted it!
