Before and after a breast augmentation in a 26 year old woman who naturally had small breasts but felt out of proportion to her chest. She wanted a subtle and natural result that matched her slight frame.
Smooth, round silicone gel implants were placed in the subglandular position. Follow up images are seen at 6 months postoperatively.
