Before and after bilateral breast augmentation and liposuction of the axillary rolls as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 41-year-old woman. She wanted to restore fullness of her breasts that had been lost with breastfeeding her three children.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Liposuction permanently removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls to complement her procedure.
Follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery. Her breasts have a natural look, her scars have matured, and she loves her outcome!
