Before and after breast augmentation in a 44 year old mother of four. She had significant deflation of her breast volume after breast feeding her children.
A smooth round silicone gel implant was placed in the subglandular position to achieve a natural and proportional result. Follow up images are shown at 2.5 years postoperatively.
