Before and after breast augmentation in a 25 year old woman. Her breasts had a tubular shape and she felt they did not fit the rest of her body.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants increased her breast volume and corrected the tubular shape to a more normal and feminine shape. Liposuction of the axillary rolls removed stubborn fat in this region.
