Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 34-year-old woman. She had relatively small breasts in relation to her body frame and large nipples that she felt made her breasts look even more out of proportion. After breastfeeding her children, her breasts had deflated and became even smaller.
A breast augmentation helps to balance out her proportions. Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. She feels very comfortable in her skin and like her breasts are now “part of her.” Her nipples also now look very proportional to her breasts! She will follow up with us in the long term every ten years.
